The members of the management team were delivery Programme Managers who directly managed several multi-million-pound portfolios in their professional capacity, before Iconic City Ltd was founded. These projects varied from large scale residential accommodations to commercial projects, educational institutions, health facilities, urban infrastructures, etc in the UK.  They were also involved in financing multimillion-pound housing projects including project fundraising & monitoring, financial viability appraisal and strategic decision making.

Westlink Iconic Villas (WIV) is our first project in Nigeria. WIV is a joint venture between our sister company Chapter Four Estate Management Company Ltd (Nigeria) and Odu’a Investment Company Ltd (an household name in Nigeria).

We are set to gradually build and develop our capacity in Nigeria. A few projects are in the pipeline. Our vision is to change the housing development narratives in Nigeria to evolve mass social housing trend in a bid to stem the escalating 20 million housing needs in Nigeria and across Africa.
